Premises
Le Club Français will operate in premises that are suitably approved for the purposes of teaching adults. The premises will comply in all respects to the local fire regulations and will have been inspected in accordance with local ordinances.
The area used for instruction will be correctly ventilated and provide a comfortable environment.
Where possible security measures will be in place to ensure the safety and security of the students & staff.
The canteen arrangements where applicable will be of a suitable standard and will comply with hygiene regulations
Registration
Student Personal Details the address, next of kin & medical details where applicable will be recorded. These will be held in the classroom for use in an emergency situation.
Registration A register will be completed at the start of each session to enable a role call to be achieved in the event of fire.
Confidentiality
The personal information recorded will only be accessible to relevant members of staff and will not be released to third parties.
Safety Briefing
A safety briefing will take place at the start of the course at which the following information will be imparted :
(a) Times that course will take place
(b) Names and details of the lecturers
(c) Locations of the classrooms/ toilets etc.
(d) Fire exits and muster points
(e) Location of the first aid station/emergency kit
